1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at info@futurepos.in.
- Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before accessing any software, services, or activation keys.
- Once the software or service has been activated, accessed, or used, cancellations will not be accepted.
- In case of technical issues preventing service activation, customers must contact our support team for resolution before requesting cancellation.
2. Refund Policy:
- If a cancellation request is approved within the 48-hour window, a refund will be processed after deducting an administrative fee of 10% of the total purchase amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
- The software or POS service has been accessed, activated, or used.
- The request is made after 48 hours of purchase.
- The issue is due to customer-side system incompatibility, which is not covered under our policy.
- If a verified technical issue prevents access to the service, Future POS will provide an alternative solution or replacement before considering a refund.
3. Service Modifications & Adjustments:
- Customers may request an upgrade or modification to a different plan within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval and service availability.
- If the new plan has a higher cost, the difference must be paid before activation.
